Who do the police share data with under the No More Leaks project?

No More Leaks works better the more companies work with police checklists. It is not enough for the police to provide data only once. After all, companies and institutions are regularly hacked, and personal data is stolen. Incidental disclosures under Section 19 Police Data Act (Wpg) should be made on an ongoing basis. A partnership as envisaged in Section 20 of the Wpg, where the lists of hashes can be structurally provided to the parties, is more efficient. An agreement has been drawn up for the partnership with all kinds of preconditions such as principles, efforts, security and intellectual property rights. Parties must sign this agreement or its accession clause provision to participate in No More Leaks.
