Data subjects’ rights regarding No More Leaks

Misuse of your login credentials may have been prevented if you have received a password change request in response to No More Leaks. As a data subject, you have the right to request access to your police data under Section 25(1) of the Wpg. Based on Section 27 of the Wpg, such a request can be turned down (in full or in part). You can also make a written request to the police under Section 28 of the Wpg to correct, supplement, delete or block your police data if it is factually inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant for processing or is processed in violation of a legal requirement. You can submit written requests under the Wpg to the police privacy desk within the unit where you live.
